Sorry to those who raced last week I was unable to get the results out.
Well done to Stu Eddy and Vicki David who raced toughest IM 70.3 In the world! Awesome! I am not sure about any other results from last week but can add them if you let me know.
Freedom tri members competed in three very different events this weekend in searing heat.
On Saturday, Greg Blount cooled off at the Arun Tidal, swim over the IronMan distance of 3.8k. Greg finished in 1hr 17min for 150th out of 260.
Adam Ghaboos raced in the heat and hills of the Bosworth sprint triathlon. Despite the steamy conditions, Adam still managed to take 10 mins off his personal best, to finish in 1hr 38 mins. Tackling something very different, Freedom Tri member
Jody Flett took on and completed the Three peaks challenge, which involves climbing Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon, the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, respectively, in under 24 hours!!!Freedom Tri is open to new members who are interested in fun friendly Triathlon training.
